eBay SUCKS!

PayPal  and  eBay  both  have  suspended  my  accounts  with  them even  though
I  have never  violated  either  of  their  policies, and truly  never  did  anything
wrong  to  deserve  this.

PayPal  currently  has  $441.83  of  mine.

I  called  them,  and  they  said  that  money  would  not  be  available  to  me
until  June of 2011 .
This  is  not  right!

PayPal  and  eBay  have  too  much  power  over  people's  lives and  don't  care
who  they  hurt!

Even  if  I  did  violate  one  or  two  of  their  policies,  (WHICH  I  DID  NOT!)
they  should  forgive  people,  and  give  them  a  second  chance, or at least allow them
to appeal.  Their  policies  are  so  outrageous  and so  complicated,
that  nobody  could  ever  abide  by  them  no  matter  how  hard  they  tried!

I  started  selling  on  eBay  a  few  months  ago.   I  followed  their  advice,
used  an  eBay  recommended  drop shipper and  watched  the  eBay  tutorial  on
the  eBay  site.

In  the  tutorial  it  says  to  put  the  brand  name  of  a  product  in  a  listing
so  that  the  customer  will  know  exactly  what  they  are  getting,  so  I  did.

I  got  in  trouble  for  violating intellectual property rights!

I  couldn't  believe  it.   I  did  what  the  eBay  tutorial  told  me  to  and  got
in  trouble  for  doing  it!

Then,  even  though  everything  I  sold  on  eBay  was  authentic, there  was  a
man  who  thought  that  one  of  the  items  I  sold  was  a  replica.   It  was
not!   But  he  complained.

I  called  eBay  shortly  after  this  and  a  man  at  eBay  went  over  my  listings
with  me  and  he  told  me  that  all  of  my  listings  complied  with  eBay's
policies  and  were  listed  well.

So,  even  though  I  only  made  the  one  small  mistake  in  the  beginning  by
following  the  eBay  tutorial  and  doing  what  it  told  me  to and  then got one bad
feedback  from  some  guy  who  only thought  I  was  selling  a  fake watch, that
was  in  fact  the  real  thing, I  got  booted  off  eBay  permanently.

I  DID  NOTHING  WRONG!

I  truly  feel  that  I  was  shafted.

And  if  there  is  a  class  action  lawsuit  being  brought  against  PayPal  and
eBay,  as  I'm  sure  there  must  be since  this  sort  of  thing  must  happen
all  the  time  to  innocent Americans,  I  want  to  be  a  part  of  it because
they  truly  are an evil entity.  They  should  be  put  out  of business as soon as  possible
and  not  be  allowed  to  destroy  anyone  Else's  lives.

Amazon.com is a much better place to sell online!  Why?

For many reasons compared to eBay.  For one.  On Amazon.com you can sign up for a free account, and if you find something on Amazon.com that exactly matches what you are selling you just click on sell yours here.

This takes maybe a little more time sometimes because Amazon may not have the same exact item you are selling or it may be listed under another category.  But sometimes it is faster since Amazon has a lot of the same items people sell already listed.

But this is really much better than eBay because once you find an item that exactly matches your item on Amazon.com, all you do is click sell yours here.

This prevents any problems.  There is no chance of you getting in trouble for violating intellectual property rights and there is no need for putting in a picture of your item or anything, because it is already there. All you do is click on sell yours here and your done.  You have nothing to worry about whether your item sells or not.

Also, I signed up for an astore on Amazon.com.  This is an option.  You don't have to have an astore to sell on Amazon.com, but you can if you want.  It is $39.99 per month, and you get your own store like site, 5 pages, to sell your items that maybe Amazon.com doesn't have listed already.

For this astore you have to list the items yourself.

So be careful to not list the brand name in the title or you may get in trouble for violating intellectual property rights.

But you can list brand names in the description.

Anyway, one big difference between Amazon.com and eBay is that Amazon actually has a phone number you can call and a real person will be more than happy to talk with you and help you every step of the way.

At eBay it is almost impossible to get to talk to a real person and when you finally do, after pressing 1 then 3 then 5 then waiting on hold for half an hour for example, the person you get to talk with sounds like they are upset because you called and like they really can't be bothered.  They are rude and not very helpful!

You can sign up for either a free Amazon.com account or get your own astore for $39.99 per month here

Amazon.com is GREAT compared to eBay!

And you don't have to have a PayPal account.  Amazon.com has its own service.  It is called Amazon check out.  You can easily sell on Amazon.com with a free account or a pay account, get help when you need it, use Amazon check out, and never have to mess with eBay!

Also another good place to sell online is TripleClicks.  TripleClicks.com is an up and coming new site.  It has only been around for two years, but is quickly gaining ground as more and more people are finding out like I did just how awful eBay is.

TripleClicks is totally free to join.  They only take a small percentage of whatever you sell.  Once you sell something TripleClicks takes 15%.  So all you have to do is adjust your price to compensate for this.

You can sign up on TripleClicks for free here http://www.tripleclicks.com/10638348

It's great!  There is no monthly re bill.  Just sign up and start selling your stuff.  Also it is very easy to follow their instructions.  It's very simple.

To your success.  Sincerely George
